Play

Most of the time when we buy something new, like a phone, a tablet or a computer, we have to ask someone for help.  Maybe it’s a friend or possibly the support line, but these are one of the many times when we need realize our need for help.

Transitions are mostly about what is new and untried.  We will to travel unfamiliar roads and walk new ground.   We will need to develop new strengths and leave behind old ways, systems and mindsets.

To navigate all the change that transition brings, we will need help.  You and I can survive on our own, but to build…to grow…we will need others.  We will always be better together than we could ever be on our own

If we want to receive and give needed help in the midst of transition , we must learn how to build bridges instead of walls.

Bridge builders need to be good at two things:

1.  Overcoming Differences

2.  Committing to Build in the Right Direction
