God’s person…qualities…characteristics made real to us…brought near to us…made available for our benefit. This is just one of the benefits of prayer. At times it can be really hard to pray…to believe. There are often more reasons to feel discouraged and not pray that to choose to believe and spend some time alone with God.
The good news is that there many good reasons to press through…to fight for some time in prayer every day…one of them is renewal. When renewal happens:
- Joy spreads
- Obedience increases
- Power is demonstrated
